This Privacy Policy explains how Ochoa & Sons ("we," "us," or "our"), a seamless gutter company serving Central Washington, handles information collected through ochoaandsons.com (the "Site").

We only collect information you choose to give us through the free estimate form:

• Your name
• Your phone number
• Your email address, if you choose to give it
• The address of the property you want us to look at
• The service you are interested in and any message you write
• The language of the page you used (English or Spanish), so we can reply in your language

Like almost every website, our hosting server automatically records basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages requested. We use these logs only to keep the Site running and secure.

Apart from the reviews widget described below, the Site does not use cookies, analytics tools, advertising pixels, or other tracking technologies, and we do not track you across other websites.

Our reviews section shows Google reviews of our business using a widget provided by Elfsight, a third-party service. When that section loads, your browser loads content from Elfsight's and Google's servers, which receive your IP address and basic browser information, and Elfsight may use cookies or similar technologies to operate the widget. Their use of that information is covered by the Elfsight Privacy Policy (elfsight.com/privacy-policy) and the Google Privacy Policy (policies.google.com/privacy).

To prevent duplicate or automated form submissions, your browser stores the time of your recent estimate requests in its local storage. This information stays on your device, is never sent to us, and is automatically ignored after 24 hours. You can clear it at any time through your browser settings.

We use the information you submit to:

• Contact you about your estimate request by phone call, text message, or email (if you gave us one)
• Schedule a visit, prepare an estimate, and provide the services you ask for
• Keep records of our work and customer communications
• Protect the Site against spam and abuse
• Comply with legal obligations

When you submit the estimate form, you agree that we may call or text you at the number you provide about your request. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP to any text message to stop receiving texts, or tell us during a call that you no longer want to be contacted.

We do not send marketing or promotional text messages unless you separately agree to receive them. Agreeing to be contacted is not a condition of buying any service.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.

We share information only with service providers that help us run the Site and our business, and only as needed for that purpose:

• Web3Forms, a form processing service that delivers estimate requests from the Site to our email inbox
• Our website hosting provider, which runs the servers the Site is on
• Elfsight, which provides the Google reviews widget on the Site (see "Cookies, analytics, and tracking" above)
• Our email and phone service providers, which carry our communications with you

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or safety or the rights or safety of others, or as part of a sale or transfer of our business.

We keep estimate requests and customer records for as long as needed to respond to you, provide our services, and meet our tax, warranty, and legal recordkeeping obligations. After that, we delete them or keep them in a form that no longer identifies you.

The Site uses encrypted HTTPS connections, and we limit access to customer information to the people who need it to serve you. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You can ask us to tell you what information we have about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Call or text us at (509) 989-4027 and we will respond within a reasonable time. We may need to confirm your identity first, and we may keep information we are required by law to keep.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under the law. We will honor requests as required by applicable law.

The Site is intended for adults who own or manage property. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

The Site may link to other websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those websites, and we encourage you to read their privacy policies.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when it was last changed. Changes take effect when posted on this page.
