Photos show examples of our past work. Results, materials, and colors for your project may differ.

Submitting the estimate form is a request for us to contact you. It does not create a contract, and it does not guarantee that we will be able to take on your project or schedule it by a certain date.

Any price we give is an estimate until we agree on the work in writing. The scope, price, schedule, warranty, and other terms of any work we perform are set only by the written estimate, proposal, or contract we provide for that project. If those documents conflict with anything on the Site, those documents control.

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

• Submit false information or requests on behalf of someone else without their permission
• Send spam, advertising, or automated submissions through our forms
• Try to interfere with, damage, or gain unauthorized access to the Site or its servers
• Copy, scrape, or reuse the Site's content except as allowed by these terms

The Ochoa & Sons name, logos, photos, text, and other content on the Site belong to us or are used with permission and are protected by law. You may view and share pages of the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes, but you may not copy, modify, or use our content or trademarks for any other purpose without our written permission.

The Site may contain links to websites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, products, or practices.

Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under law that cannot be limited, or our responsibilities under a written contract for work we perform.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute about the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Washington, and you and we consent to their jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when they were last changed. By continuing to use the Site after changes are posted, you accept the updated terms.
